Athmani, a UK-born, Dubai-based Pilates professional, brings years of movement knowledge and three intensive years on Reformer Pilates. Fully trained with Merrithew STOTT Pilates, she specializes in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Pre-natal, and Post-natal Pilates, with a deep passion for the Reformer method, where her clients experience some of their most profound physical and mental shifts.

That path evolved into a calling, leading her to complete a comprehensive training with Merrithew STOTT Pilates, one of the most respected names in the industry.
