Family, food, and faith intertwine for three episodes that explore the heart of Ramadan

LG Electronics (LG) has successfully concluded its heartwarming Ramadan mini talk show, My Happy Place, hosted by the esteemed Life Educational Coach Hala Kazim. The three-episode series, available on a dedicated LG microsite and YouTube, beautifully captured the essence of the Holy month, exploring the themes of family, love, and appreciation through the lens of food and the heart of the home – the kitchen.
My Happy Place truly lived up to its name, showcasing how the kitchen serves as a central hub for creating lasting memories during Ramadan, with Hala Kazim engaging in insightful and touching conversations with a diverse range of guests, delving into a unique aspect of Ramadan’s significance.
Episode 1, Ramadan & Marriage, explored how Ramadan deepens love and connection within marriages and families. Hala and her husband emphasized the importance of cherishing and strengthening bonds during this special time while letting viewers know the secret to their string marriage: open communication, trust, and the value of personal space. The episode also subtly highlighted the LG Built-in Oven’s slow cook (air sous-vide) feature and generous 76L capacity with InstaView; the Induction Cooktop’s flex boosting mode; the Hood’s powerful suction and washable aluminum grease filter; and the Dishwasher’s Easy Rack system, enhanced with steam and QuadWash technology.
The ease of meal preparation and cleanup, matched with the genuine connection between Hala and her husband cooking together showcased how these appliances can simplify meal, allowing couples to spend more quality time together.
In Episode 2, Brothers by Bond, Hala was joined by her two sons, Hassan & Tariq, who shared the key to their close-knit bond – honest communication, shared experiences, and valuing quality time. The final episode in the series, Unsung Heroes, was a poignant one focused on appreciating those who have sacrificed to make our lives better. Hala and her special guest, Jane, who has been a cherished member of Hala’s family for more than two decades, highlighted the importance of recognizing and thanking these “unsung heroes” during Ramadan, and took some time to reflect on the power of resilience, kindness, and the unbreakable bonds that stand the test of time.
